With our intimate and thorough understanding of recruitment and our ability to get to the heart of our clients’ needs quickly, we are able to provide effective, efficient and tailor-made solutions.
When we recruit, we only select consultants with a background in the area in which they will be working. All RSG consultants are responsible for the placement of permanent, contract and temporary roles. As a result, each time you call on us, you will liaise with the same dedicated consultant.
Just as importantly, our consultants have all worked within corporate organisations. They understand the workplace environment, the commercial imperatives you face, and how vital it is that your recruitment process is managed smoothly.
RSG Management
Leanne Ferreira, Managing DirectorLeanne founded RSG in 2002. She has 16 years recruitment experience, following 15 years in the corporate world. She works closely with clients, focusing mostly on Executive Search, advising clients on their recruitment strategies, in-house solutions and outsourcing their payroll function.
Graham Jenkins, Executive Search
Graham has over 20 years experience as an Executive Search Consultant and Recruitment Strategist. He now advises clients on issues regarding the employment and retention of senior executive staff.
For the last three years, Graham has been a Chair with TEC – The Executive Connection. In this role, he mentors CEOs and other senior executives to achieve their goals for their organisations. He is also a non-executive Chairman and Director of a large recruitment company – Beilby Corporation. He has academic qualifications in economics, human resources and labour law.
Our National Recruitment Team
Craig Wickins is an Information Technology Specialist. He has a highly consultative approach to recruitment delivery, which is backed by his 5 years’ recruitment experience and 10 years’ commercial experience in professional services and engineering.Lynn Li is our Information Technology para consultant who has previously worked in the Information Technology and hospitality management sectors. Her strength is in-house recruitment and HR business partnering in global and overseas companies. Lynn is focused on providing the best care to the candidates and matching the right people with the right roles.
Tracey Millar is our sales, marketing and communications specialist. She has 14 years experience in recruitment and 9 years in a variety of marketing, sales, communications, business development and Information Technology roles within the corporate sector. With her experience, Tracey focuses on meeting our clients’ needs for high calibre sales and marketing professionals.
Susie Vaalele is our research consultant. Susie has 15 years in internal sales and information technology roles followed by a broad range of recruitment experience in both the commercial and government sectors. Susie’s focus is on research and sourcing candidates for our senior to executive roles.
Sarah Hilton has 10 years experience in business development roles in the UK with large internet companies such as Lastminute .com, Amazon.com and Yahoo.com. Sarah provides candidate resourcing to all areas of the business
Robert Biddle is our Finance, Accounting & Commercial specialist. He has 16 years executive recruitment industry experience and has worked across most sectors at all levels of the recruitment process including career transition and consulting services. In recent years he has focused on Senior and Executive search and selection including contract and permanent appointments.
Louise McGraw is our Business Support specialist with over 4 years experience in recruitment along with 5 years working in Administration and Office Management roles. Louise focuses on sourcing outstanding business support and entry-level staff, and prides herself on her process to find the best fit for the candidate and client. She works on permanent and temporary assignments.
Clare Gilbert has worked for boutique search firms for the past 4 years and prior to that spent 10 years in Senior Account Management roles with major global brands. Clare is our Research & Marketing Manager and also drives our strategic business initiatives with clients and candidates.
Administration
Amy Lee is our Finance and Administration Manager. She has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the recruitment industry holding senior positions with some reputable companies. She is a qualified CPA and has a Graduate Diploma of Management with Australian Graduate School of Business.
Nici Shear has had extensive experience in Administration and Office Management roles. She is our invaluable Office Manager who ensures that our Sydney office is running efficiently.
